Sometimes, a healthy breakfast that looks fun is more well-received by kids. In honour of Halloween, we found this recipe that not only looks cool, but also packs a lot of nutrition. Good for monsters of all ages!
- 2 cups liquid of choice (orange juice, coconut water and almond milk are all great)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- boosts of choice (we use hemp hearts and chia seeds)
Make sure the smoothie is super thick so that your toppings don’t sink!
